Stepping into the Alley Cat Lounge at my restaurant Five O’Clock Steakhouse is like stepping back in time and I love the vibe up there. The decor is pure #midcentury #Milwaukee #supperclub … the “secret” back entrance is even still there. Whenever I’m up there in the Alley Cat Lounge, I can almost hear Chubby Nieland playing the Hammond C3 organ as #cocktail glasses clink and guests chatter happily.
