In addition to a pan-seared, wild-caught Alaskan halibut and sautéed zucchini noodles with red pepper, herb-garlic, shallot, white wine sauce, topped with lemon zest and pepper-corned fresh chevre and chive flowers, we also have three 8-ounce Pinn-Oak Farms lamb porterhouse chops from Wisconsin, with charred cherry tomatoes and garlic and herb vinaigrette.
And steak lovers won’t want to miss the 12 ounces of filet medallions with asparagus, red pepper and potato hash, topped with garlic butter-infused crab meat.
