I was happy to host our friends, Egg & Flour Pasta Bar Chef Adam Pawlak and restaurateur/actor/Milwaukee Pride President Wes Shaver and their friends at Five O’Clock Steakhouse, where I am managing partner, last week.
It’s always nice to catch up and it allowed us to present Adam with a gift basket as a congratulations for his recent televised competition victory.
Chef Adam won the championship on Food Network’s “Superchef Grudge Match,” which was his second television competition. He beat out Declan Horgan – one of his competitors from Season 19 of Fox’s “Hell’s Kitchen” – for the victory.
Way to go, Adam! Once again you did Milwaukee proud.
